Совместное производство с местной госкомпанией JAC Motors рассчитывают запустить в первом полугодии 2018 года, а во втором - начать продажу первых новинок. В ближайшие два-три года Volkswagen планирует выпустить в КНР 15 новых моделей таких автомобилей, а после 2025-го - еще 25.
