Товарные остатки топлива на российских нефтеперерабатывающих заводах (НПЗ) и нефтебазах продолжают сокращаться. В период 7-13 октября запасы бензина снизились на 5,2%. Дизельного топлива больше, его запасы снизились лишь на 4,3%.
