Новая компания, в которой партнеры будут владеть равными долями в 50%, объединит каршеринговый сервис Daimler Car2Go и принадлежащие BMW сервисы DriveNow, ParkNow и ChargeNow. BMW и Daimler вложат в совместное предприятие свыше 1 млрд евро.
