Предприятие будет создано на базе завода Dongfeng в провинции Хубэй, где сейчас выпускается около 120 тысяч автомобилей в год. Начало производства намечено на 2019 год. Электромобили будут выпускаться на платформе для кроссоверов, под брендами Renault и Nissan.
